Veteran filmmaker, Ram Gopal Varma, has officially released few pivotal names and their characters for the third version of his most awaited and hit franchise Sarkar.
Veteran filmmaker, Ram Gopal Varma, has officially
released few pivotal names and their characters for the third version of his
most awaited and hit franchise Sarkar.
Yami Gautam will be
playing the role of Annu Karkar and will be avenging Sarkar for killing her
father.
Manoj Bajpayee will be playing the character of Govind
Deshpande, a cranky and slightly violent
version of Kejriwal.
Ronit Roy will be seen in the role of Gokul Satam and
will be the right hand man of Sarkar
himself.
Actor Amit Sadh will be portraying a highly arrogant and
volatile character of Sarkar’s grandson.
Senior actor Jackie Shroff will be playing one of the
main antagonists in Sarkar 3.
Rohini Hattangadi, of Gandhi fame, will depict an
antagonist’s character named Rukku Bai Devi.
Bharat Dabholkar plays a vicious two faced guy in Sarkar 3.
And lastly, the Mega Star himself will reprise his role of Subhash Nagre.
Sushant Singh Rajput is riding high on success these
days. Though Sushant had just one release this year – M.S Dhoni: The Untold
Story – but the film was a box office hit and was received enthusiastically
by the audience. It became the highest grossing film of his career and now,
last night he was bestowed with ‘Youth Icon’ Filmfare award. The actor, all excited and happy,
shared his picture with the award on twitter and humbly thanked Filmfare. The
actor has reportedly four releases next year.
