Dilip Kumar’s Pali Hill bungalow is once again in possession of the thespian, a decade after the property was dragged into a court battle between the 84-year-old superstar and a realty firm.
Saira Banu was handed over the keys to the property which is currently in ruins thanks to the court battle. She spoke exclusively to SpotboyE.com after the victory. Watch the video below:
“This was a very difficult time, when entry to our own bungalow, our own estate was taken away from us by these miscreants. I have to thank the Supreme Court, which had made this moment possible. I have the keys which have brought me inside Dilip saab’s home again,” said the actress.
Saira Banu added: “Justice has been done and Dilip saab has got his property back. I have lovely memories, happy memories of this place. And God willing, it will be spic and span, in order and full of happiness once again.”

Dilip Kumar had entered into the agreement with Prajita Developers Pvt Ltd for developing his property, measuring 2412 square yards. The dispute arose later as no construction was raised and the veteran actor wanted back the plot whose possession was with the firm.
