And finally, it’s here! Karan Johar has announced the release date of Student Of The Year 2 and guess what? For a change, it is NOT clashing with any film. Phew! The sequel to Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra’s SOTY – Student Of The Year 2 will release on November 23, 2018. Karan Johar took to Twitter to announce the big news. That’s not it! He also informed that the leading ladies of SOTY 2 will be announced next month. So cool! Check out his tweet here:


Along with the announcement, KJo also shared a new poster of SOTY 2 with Tiger on it and we must say, he’s got the swag right!

Talking about the leading ladies, SpotboyE was the first one to tell you that Chunky Panday's daughter Ananya has bagged the role of one of the leading ladies in the movie. Now that Karan has officially announced that the female leads will be announced next month... wait to hear it from the horse’s mouth.

Rumours were doing the rounds that Bigg Boss 11 contestant Priyank Sharma too could be a part of the project. However, talking to SpotboyE.com at Arshi Khan’s bash a few days back, Priyank refused all such rumours and said, “No, I am not doing Student Of The Year 2”. Adding further that he was expecting such rumours to crop up, Priyank said, "I knew this question will come. But nothing like this is happening. I just met him (Karan) for a casual party."

Nonetheless, we are way too excited to watch SOTY 2 already! How about you?
