Kareena Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor are currently busy
promoting their upcoming movie, Veere Di Wedding which also stars Swara Bhasker
and Shikha Talsania. While shooting the film, rumours of Sonam and Kareena not
getting along on the sets, made headlines. During the promotion of the film,
Mrs. Ahuja was asked about the rivalry and she revealed that she and Bebo have
been friends since last 15 years and they, along with Karisma have a WhatsApp
group called ‘The Kapoor Girls’.
But guess what they chat in their WhatsApp group? Sonam
reveals to Mid Day, “There’s no rivalry between us. In fact, Bebo(Kareena),
Rhea, me and Lolo (Karisma Kapoor) have a Whatsapp group called The Kapoor
Girls. We post each other’s yesteryear pictures on it. Bebo and I have been
friends for 15 yearsSuch gossip doesn’t bother us because we are in a secure
space. Bebo and I are third generation of actors (in our families) and we know
how the media functions. We are great friends. We have made a kick-ass movie
and proved that women can work with each other and get along. We had a blast.”
On the work front, after Veere Di Wedding, Sonam is
gearing up for her cameo in Sanju. Then she is shooting for Ek Ladki Ko Dekha
Toh Aisa Laga along with dad, Anil Kapoor.
Talking about, Sonam Kapoor, few hours back, we told you
about the actress and her husband Anand Ahuja, who are not yet shifting to
their BKC apartment. She is instead looking at renting a flat in Juhu for the
time being as her BKC flat will take another year to get ready.
