Ranbir to do Ayan’s Dragon before Hirani’s Sanju biopic
Ranbir Kapoor was supposed to begin shooting for Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic in August. However, the plan has undergone a change. RK Jr will be facing the camera but only in November, that too for Ayan Mukerji’s Dragon. Sanju biopic will roll only early next year.
Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic is not taking off in August as per the original plan.
So, Ranbir Kapoor has a lot of time till November at least, when Ayan Mukerji’s Dragon will go on floors.

Meanwhile, Ranbir is currently busy completing only Jagga Jasoos- oh yeah, that film is still far from completion- and the few remaining portions of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
A source says, “Hirani will roll the Sanju biopic only early next year. One of the possible reasons is that RK has to bulk up his body for that part, which cannot happen instantaneously.”
