Mrunal Thakur sets the record straight on about the report of her turning down YRF’s big ticket release, Thugs Of Hindostan, starring Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan
TV star Mrunal Thakur was stumped when she saw her name
splashed in the headlines today which claimed that she had turned down a role
opposite Aamir Khan in Thugs Of Hindostan. Reports also claimed that Mrunal
also said ‘No’ to a three-film deal with Yash Raj Films.
SpotboyE.com contacted Mrunal and she was as surprised as
us by the claims.
Aamir Khan's Look In Thugs Of Hindostan
She revealed that she did audition for the role in Thugs
Of Hindostan but never got a call back.
“I wasn’t offered the film. Actors audition for a lot of
roles and it is normal if we don’t get a call-back. And I thought so too.
The report that I said No to Aamir Khan is false. And I was not offered a 3-film
deal with Yash Raj Films,” said Mrunal.

According to the false reports, the role later went to
Dangal star Fatima Sana Shaikh.
Just a few days ago, we had given you a glimpse of Aamir
Khan’s look in the film.
Aamir’s first look from Thugs Of Hindostan had impressed
us. The costume drama, revolving around the outlaws who held sway over large
parts of the county in the distant past, is currently being shot in the city.
The first schedule of the film which also stars Katrina
Kaif and Amitabh Bachchan, was shot in Malta. Two massive ships were
mounted for the shoot of the film which releases on 7th November 2018.
