30-year old Rashmi Desai dating 20-year old Laksh Lalwani?
The actress dismisses off the question saying that he is only a very dear friend but the buzz is growing by the day
Rumour has it that TV actress Rashmi Desai (Tapasya of Colors' show Uttaran) is getting up close and personal with model-TV actor Laksh Lalwani (who recently dropped his surname).
The actress has put up an Instagram post which reads: It's like a golden thread which binds us together. Thanks @iamsolaksh for always being by my side!!! #FriendsLikeFamily.
A pictures speak a thousand words and even if this age-old saying is an exaggeration, the above one speaks at least 500.
Rashmi and Laksh were first introduced to each other on the sets of &TV show Adhuri Kahani Hamari, and it seems that the relationship has grown over a period of time.
A source tells us, "Rashmi and Laksh used to spend a lot of time in each other's makeup room during the shoots of Adhuri Kahani Hamari. They never admitted to their relationship then, and it is unlikely that they will admit to it now."
Laksh is 10 years younger to the 30-year old Rashmi.
When contacted, the Uttaran fame actress said: "Why should I answer about my personal life? It is my social account and I reserve the right to put anybody's pictures. I think I will have to shut all my social media accounts soon."
When told about the fact that the TV industry is talking about Laksh and she as a couple, Rashmi quipped, "No, you see people talk about this and many other things- but Laksh is a very dear friend, and that's all."
However our source maintains, "Rashmi and Laksh are romantically involved."

Rashmi parted ways with her 35-year old husband Nandish Sandhu (her
co-star, Veer Singh Umed Singh Bundela in Uttaran) in January this year. The
marriage lasted for about 4 years. There were 3 versions doing the rounds then
of why she ended her marriage.

3) Nandish was written about as a philanderer.
Laksh rose to fame after playing the role of Parth in MTV's Warrior High. Before starting his acting career, he did a lot of commercials. He will soon be seen in Ekta Kapoor's Pardes Mein Hai Meraa Dil which stars Drashti Dhami and Shaleen Malhotra on Star Plus.
