As per the original script, Naksh (Rohan Mehra) and Nayantara Shekhawat (Umang Jain) were to tie the knot in a grand ceremony. In fact, Naksh’s bachelor party was shot just a few days ago.

The entire team was busy planning and preparing for the shaadi ka track when Hina dropped the bomb. The actress, who plays Akshara Naitik Singhania, suddenly realised that she is too young to play saas. She also expressed reservations about the focus shifting to Naksh and Tara.

The team tried to convince Hina, but in vain. And then, she found an ally in Karan Mehra, who plays her on-screen husband Naitik Singhania. With the lead duo categorically stating that they are not ready to play saas-sasur so soon, the makers had no choice but to alter the storyline.

The twist in the tale is, Naksh’s ex-flame will soon create a misunderstanding between him and Tara, following which the couple will call off their wedding. We hear, the marriage track has been postponed by at least six months.
