It’s A Boy For Afsar Bitiya’s Mitali Nag & Sankalpp Pardeshi!
It’s time to congratulate TV actress Mitali Nag aka Krishna from Afsar Bitiya, who gave birth to a baby boy yesterday
Mitali Nag, who rose to fame with Afsar Bitiya, welcomed a baby boy with husband Sankalpp Pardeshi yesterday. The actress tied the knot with Sankalpp in 2014.
Needless to say, the new parents are ecstatic and are looking forward to the new phase. She said, “My husband Sankalp and I are ecstatic; we have jotted down a few names and will finalise one soon. But we are going to name our child after Lord Shiva.”
So does she plan to take a plan to take a break from acting? “As of now, I am in a blissful phase with my little one. Having said that, I will surely get back to work — God willing, soon,” asserted the actress.
While pregnant, Mitali had told a section that she is thoroughly enjoying the phase and how she plans to work till the very end. “I do all the work, be it cooking and cleaning. It’s a beautiful experience and women are strong to take on everything. I would love to shoot till the ninth month of my pregnancy,” she revealed.

“I’ll be doing a play. I don’t play a pregnant woman in that, and will be wearing loose costumes to camouflage my bump. It’s interesting that my baby kicked me incessantly during the first reading of the play,” the actress further added.
Mitali is currently in her hometown, Nagpur and is expected to return to Mumbai in a month.
