Recently, there were reports of Priyanka Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan’s doppelgangers. While PeeCee’s lookalike is Navpreet Banga, a Vancouver-based fitness blogger, King Khan’s ‘Duplicate’ is Ssumier Pasricha.
And now, the mirror image of Mouni ‘Naagin’ Roy has surfaced. Interestingly, Mouni’s lookalike Krishna Mukherjee is a Bong beauty and also a TV actress! That’s not all, the two are even good friends.
Says Krishna, “People keep telling me that I look like Mouni. I also think there’s a strong resemblance, but Mouni doesn’t agree.”

On her part, Krishna doesn’t have any hang-ups about being called Mouni’s lookalike. “Mouni is pretty, talented and we both are Bengalis. The comparisons don’t bother me much. In fact, I take it as a compliment. But yes, once in awhile, I feel sad as I want to carve my own identity.”
Krishna made her television debut with Jhalli Anjali on Channel V and is currently part of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. When asked if she will ever play Mouni’s twin, the actress says, “I would love it.”
