Kareena Kapoor Khan and her close friend Amrita Arora are currently under home quarantine after they have been tested positive for COVID 19. The Jab We Met actress also issued a statement on social media, asking everyone who has come in her touch to get them tested. Her father Randhir Kapoor has revealed that doctors are taking good care of Bebo and that she is "absolutely fine now". On Tuesday, BMC officials sanitized the respective residences of Kareena and Amrita.
In a video shared by a paparazzo on Instagram, the BMC officials can be seen sanitizing their buildings. Reportedly, they will also conduct RT-PCR tests as per safety precautions laid down by the state government of the residents living there. ANI quoted BMC as saying, “Our medical teams will be conducting RT-PCR COVID19 testing at the residential buildings of actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora. Sanitisation of the building premises will also be done.”
Currently, the BMC has sealed the buildings of Kareena Kapoor and Amrita. Earlier, BMC had claimed that both the actresses flouted Covid norms by attending parties despite diagnosing positive for the novel virus.
