Bhansali lovingly showed off the different avatars of Aishwarya in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas and Guzaarish.
And now, sources close to Sanjay Leela Bhansali tell SpotboyE.com that the director wants Aishwarya to do a special dance number in his upcoming magnum opus Padmavati. The offer is yet to go out to the Bachchan bahu though.
The titular character in the film is played by Deepika, who has already started shooting for the film.
It was while on the opulent sets of the film in Mehboob Studios that the idea struck Bhansali, that Aishwarya will be the perfect fit for an elaborate special number in the film.
Our source maintains that he is really keen to team up with his favourite actress again.
He had earlier approached her for a dance number, Ram Chahe Leela in Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela but eventually it was Priyanka Chopra who went on to shake a leg to it.

Padmavati is the third time that Ranveer Singh and Deepika have been cast together by Bhansali- the other two instances being Ram Leela and Bajirao Mastani. Both films had a great run at the box-office.
Padmavati revolves around the beautiful namesake queen and the two men in her life, Alauddin Khilji played by Ranveer Singh and King Rawal Ratan Singh played by Shahid Kapoor.
