Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor fell head-over-heels in love with each other while shooting for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. Ranbir and Alia have been in a relationship for almost 2 years now. Soon after introducing their significant other to their respective families, they also shared a close bond with each others’ extended family. Kapoor and Bhatt’s are often snapped celebrating their birthdays, festivals and other events together. Recently, the Raazi actress took to Instagram to wish beau RK’s family member.
On the occasion of RK’s cousin sister Natasha Nanda’s birthday, Alia sent the best birthday wishes for her. Posting a monochromatic picture of the birthday girl, Alia Bhatt wrote, “Happy birthday my dearest Tashu. You’re probably the most wonderful soul that exists. Have the best best day. You deserve all the joy in the world and more. Love you.” This afternoon, pregnant Kareena Kapoor Khan also shared a picture with the birthday girl, “Happy birthday Tashuuuuu... love you lots... everyone’s angel... Big hug @nandanitasha.”
Meanwhile, reports of Alia and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding have been doing the rounds of social media for a year now. Early this year, reports stated that lovebirds may take the plunge in December, but due to the unfortunate demise of veteran Rishi Kapoor, the wedding plans seem to be put on hold for now.

On the work front, Alia is busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi and will soon dash off to Hyderabad to begin shooting for SS Rajamouli’s RRR. Ranbir Kapoor, on the other hand, may soon resume shooting for Shamshera co-starring Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor.
