Call it a ritual or a yearly tradition, but Salman Khan has always treated his fans with a film during Eid every year. Also, his Eid releases have been huge successes and seldom has any other filmmaker clashed with the superstar on the festive occasion.
Next year too, it was going to be a big bonanza as Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer Inshallah to be helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, was scheduled to hit theatres then. The excitement was its peak, and the audiences were waiting to see the fresh pairing of Salman-Alia on the big screen and of course, the reunion of Salman and SLB (after Saawariya). Alas! That’s not happening.
This morning, we woke up to the shocking news that Inshallah has been shelved. However, we soon learned that Salman will be announcing another project to be made under his banner SKF Films that will make it to the big screen in Eid 2020.
Then, this evening, Salman Khan tweeted, “Itna mat sochna mere baare mein, Dil mein aata hoon.. aur Eid pe bhi ”

This tweet started a round of speculations suggesting that his Eid 2020 release as the dialogue tweeted by the star is from Kick . Even trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the same.
However, a source close to Salman Khan Films (SKF) confirmed to us that these are preposterous rumours. The source informed that SKF is going to produce a brand new film, which will star Salman.
