Shilpa Shetty and husband Raj Kundra have been cited in a case of fraud worth Rs 9 crore by a Kolkata based company. Manoj Jain of MK Media Private Limited has accused the actress and her husband of inducing the company to invest the money in a company run by the Kundra couple and has filed a legal complaint to this effect.
