Nearly a month ago, Tanushree Dutta had slammed Mumbai Police for giving a clean chit to Nana Patekar, and for dismissing the sexual harassment charges against him. To oppose this B Summary Report filed by Oshiwara Police Station, the actress appeared through her legal Representatives Advocate Nitin Satpute before Ld Railway Mobile Court, Andheri.
After recording appearance, the court has granted the actress time to file protest petition to oppose B Summary Report. The entire legal Team of Tanushree Dutta was present at the court. However, not a single officer from Oshiwara police station was present in court room at the time of hearing to proceed on this matter. The Railway Mobile Court, Andheri, has now permitted Dutta's counsel to file the petition and adjourned the matter to September 7.
In May, the Oshiwara Police Station gave a clean chit to Nana Patekar since there was no proof against him.
