2021 is indeed a brand new year for ace filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, as the filmmaker shared the news of tying the knot to his ladylove Alicia Zafar on the social media platform. Since Monday, the filmmaker has been treating the netizens with loved up pictures of them from their hush hush wedding in Dehradun. As reported in Times Of India, Ali met Alicia in France, followed by being in love with her for two years before she gave a nod to him.
He also shared that as soon as his wife got the visa to travel to India, they travelled to his hometown, Dehradun and escalated their relationship into a wedlock. Taking to his Instagram account, he shared pictures from their wedding ceremony and welcomed his better half into his family. His Instagram post has Ali and Alicia lost in each other’s eyes, he wrote in his caption, “1400 years ago Imam Ali said to Fatimah Al- Zahra’s, all my worries and sadness disappears when I look at your face, I feel the same Alicia Zafar. Mine for life.”
This announcement of the filmmaker got Bollywood stars showering the newlywed couple with blessings and love. We too congratulate Ali for this new beginning.
On the work front 2021 will be a busy year for the filmmaker, as he will direct Katrina Kaif for a superhero flick. Meanwhile, he will be marking his digital debut with the series, Tandav, starring Saif Ali Khan, Sunil Grover, Sara Jane Dias, Gauahar Khan, Dimple Kapadia and more.
