Terminator: Dark Fate, Schwarzenegger shares his fitness routine and how he geared up for the film at 72.
The 72-year-old is returning to the Terminator franchise with Terminator: Dark Fate co-starring alongside Linda Hamilton. As the film consists of many action-packed scenes, Arnold shares his filming experience and how he maintains his fit lifestyle. While Arnold is expected to act like the unkillable, metal cyborg, and unrelenting person, the actor recently revealed to Metro.co.uk in an interview about how he manages his daily fitness routine and keeps up to it. The actor shared that he trains every day and also rides bikes and skies daily. Arnold revealed that he still does a lot of sports and so for him, shooting for Dark Fate is a little bit more normal. The former Mr. Universe went on to mention how he always loves it. Sharing his experience about the movie, Schwarzenegger mentioned how his director in Dar Fate was very demanding and that he demanded a lot of action in the film. He went on to add how they worked for hours and hours due to work and also got sore from his reps.
Speaking of his co-star Linda Hamilton, Arnold shared how he was very happy shooting together and had a great time shooting. Meanwhile, Linda Hamilton who plays Sarah Connor in the film shared how she underwent a hardcore training regime and mastered her skills for a year to get up to a required speed for the sequel of Terminator.
