Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie legal separation has been in news for more than 4 years now, but their divorce proceedings haven’t yet come to an end. The ex-couple has remained in news for their fight over their children custody- Brangelina as they are fondly addressed by their fans, have six children. Named Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twin Knox and Vivienne. As per latest reports in Daily Mail, the Maleficent: Mistress of Evil actress has suffered a hiccup.
The actress who has challenged the court to remove Judge John W. Ouderkirk from their divorce proceedings, has been overruled. The actress had claimed the judge appointed in their case failed to present clarity over business and professional aspects along with ex-husband Pitt’s legal team, thus making it unfair for him to remain on the case. However, the Superior Court of the Start of California has overruled over these claims, thus, allowing Judge John W. Ouderkirk to continue to be on the case.
A source close to Daily Mail informed, "This was the judge who was originally brought in by Angie's team. He married them, for heaven's sake. It's a prime example of someone who tried to get the referee removed late in the game because they weren't going to like the outcome."
Also while the court dismissed her claims, it was revealed the judge had presented all the required documents pertaining to Brad with the law firm. Adding further Angelina was well aware of the fact of Judge Ouderkirk being on the case since August 2018, thus could have objected back then, thus making her objection over it now, coming across as untimely.
