Hina Khan Thanks Rubina Dilaik For The Condolence Message After Her Father’s Death: ‘Please Keep My Dad In Your Prayers’

Hina Khan’s father Aslam Khan passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest on April 20. The actress had been in Kashmir, fulfilling her work commitments, and as soon as she got the heartbreaking news, she rushed to Mumbai. Her friends and colleagues from the television industry such as Eijaz Khan, Nikki Tamboli, Rubina Dilaik and others took to their social media to offer condolences. Now, Hina Khan has replied to Rubina, thanking her for the condolence message she sent.

Rubina Dilaik had sent love, strength and prayers to Hina Khan, asking her to stay strong after her father’s death. Showing her support, Rubina tweeted, “Stay strong girl @eyehinakhan ... my prayers are with you and your family.” Hina Khan has now replied to the tweet, and asked her to keep her father in her prayers. “Thank you Ruby.. Plz keep my Dad and his family in your prayers,” she wrote.

A few days after her father’s death, Hina Khan had shared a note on her Instagram story, announcing she is taking a break from social media. “My beloved father Aslam Khan left for heavenly abode on the 20th of April, 2021. I am grateful to each one of you for checking in on me and my family during these tough times. While me and my family are mourning the loss, my social media accounts will be handled by my team for upcoming work commitments. Thank you for your support and love. Hina Khan,” read her post.

Two days ago, Hina also tested positive for COVID-19. Her team shared a note written by Hina, wherein she wrote about how challenging and difficult it has been for her. “In these extremely difficult and challenging times for me and my family, I have tested positive for Covid-19. Following the guidance of my doctors, I have home quarantined myself and taking all necessary precautions. Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get themselves tested. All I need is your prayers. Be safe and take care,” wrote Hina.
