Riddhi Sen, son of famous actor Kaushik Sen, has penned down a special message on his father’s birthday. Kaushik Sen has turned 50 today and is celebrating his birthday. He is known for his performance in the Mrinal Sen directed film Aamar Bhuvan.
Riddhi Sen wrote on his Facebook page, “After getting wished for two fake birthdays this year , all thanks to Google and IMDB 😛 , the day finally arrives , a very happy birthday to the person who is always changing , recreating , reinventing and redefining ‘his ‘ time in his own way , a person who has always taken a path which is anything but easy , I have seen very few people who is the live example of Dylan’s famous line , “he knows there's no success like failure and that failure's no success at all.”
“Thank you for always keeping ‘goodness’ in demand , love you. This is a picture which is extremely close to my heart , inside our temple , the basement of a famous theatre hall,” he added.
Meanwhile, Riddhi Sen is known for his best performance in Nagarkirtan. The film was directed by Kaushik Ganguly and has won four big prestigious awards including best feature film at SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) film festival.
Nagarkirtan is a love story of a transwoman and flutist which stars Riddhi Sen and Ritwik Chakraborty. It is a critically acclaimed movie that swept many national awards.
