Actor Dev will be seen next in director Abhijit Sen untitled project. He will be in the lead role, however, not much has been revealed about the film or the cast. The latest project of Dev is Sanjhbaati.
Debutant Abhijit Sen has directed a popular Bengali reality show on television. Dev will be seen in the role of a common man. According to Pycker, veteran actress Swatilekha Sengupta has been approached for a crucial role.

The first look of the movie was released in June. The social drama marks the first project under the banner of Bengal Talkies and is expected to release during Christmas this year.
‘Sanjhbati’ movie will showcase relationship from a completely different angle. Dev will play the character of a suburban young man who comes to the city and meets a young girl played by Paoli in unusual circumstances. However, Lily Chakraborty plays the main protagonist in the film. The veteran actress plays the role of an elderly woman who is in the center of the narrative.
In this movie Dev will be seen in completely different avatar. In last few years Dev is trying to balance his career between mainstream and urban content based cinema. Meanwhile, Paoli Dam has already worked with this director duo on their debut film and she is so excited to work with them once again.
