Pratim D Gupta next directorial Love Aaj Kal Porshu shooting has started. The film which was supposed to star Mimi Chakraborty and Jisshu Sengupta, now will star Arjun Chakraborty and Madhumita Sarkar in the lead role.

And there is new addition in the star cast. As tweeted by SVF, Paoli Dam has joined the team. “Welcoming the ravishing @paoli_d  on board! #LAKP,” SVF tweeted.

Earlier, Mimi Chakraborty was reported to play lead actress role but she opted out. She was quoted saying that she was not comfortable doing intimate scenes. Jisshu Sengupta hands are also full with other projects and he is unable to give required dates to the director. So, he expressed his unavailability and hope to work with Pratim in future.

Meanwhile, Paoli Dam will be next seen in Sanjhbaati with Dev Adhikari. Dev is playing common man role in the Sanjhbaati. Saibal Bandyopadhyay and Leena Gangyopadhyay’s Sanjhbati is in headlines for its stellar casting. 

Sanjhbaati’ movie will showcase relationship from a completely different angle. Dev will play the character of a suburban young man who comes to the city and meets a young girl played by Paoli in unusual circumstances. However, Lily Chakraborty plays the main protagonist in the film. The veteran actress plays the role of an elderly woman who is in the center of the narrative.
