The official poster of Mitin Mashi starring Koel Mallick has been released and even receiving a positive response from celebrities and fans. The film is directed by Arindam Sil and the cast includes Koel Mallick, Bollywood actor Vinay Pathak, Riya Banik, and Subhrajit Dutta

In all compliments, actress Koel Mallick has received one of the sweetest complement from director Raj Chakraborty. The director tweeted, “Ki misti lagche re toke @YourKoel, khub bhalo hoyeche #MitinMashi first official #Poster @silarindam da.”


The actress will playing the role of the detective and she is considered to be the first female detective in the Bengali film industry. In the film, Koel is sporting mostly no makeup look and is looking very serious. 

Camellia Productions had released the poster on its official Twitter handle and wrote, “রহস্য সমাধানে তার জুড়ি মেলা ভার, এক সম্পূর্ণা নারী, মিতিন মাসি নাম তার। Presenting the much-awaited #NewPoster of #MitinMashi.


The film’s music will be composed by Bickram Ghosh. The script has been co-written by Padmanabha Dasgupta and Sil himself.
Mitin Mashi will be Arindam Sil’s third detective film after Byomkesh Bakshi and Goenda Shabor. The film is inspired by Suchitra Bhattacharya’s story Hate Matro Teenteh Din. 

Bollywood actor Vinay Pathak will be debuting in the Bengali film industry through Mitin Mashi.

On work front, Koel Mallick will be next seen in Parambrata Chatterjee’s upcoming film Bony. She will be seen opposite actor Anjan Dutt in the sci-fi thriller movie is written by Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay.
