Parcel: Indrasis Acharya Wins Best Director Award At Kolkata International Film Festival 2019
Indrasis Acharya’s directorial ‘Parcel’ which is yet to be release has bagged a prestigious award at the recently held Kolkata International Film Festival in West Bengal. Indrasis has been awarded as the best director for the film in the film festival. The film features Rituparna Sengupta and Saswata Chatterjee.

Indrasis Acharya took to his official Twitter handle and expressed thank you for the award. “Parcel bagged Best Director award (Hiralal Sen Memorial) at Kolkata International Film Festival. Thank you to the uber talented team for making this happen,” he tweeted. 


The film also features Sreela Majumder, Ambarish Bhattacharya and Daminee Basu among others.

Parcel story revolves around Nandini and her husband Souvik who have a daughter Suja. Souvik and Nandini are doctors but Nadini latter stopped practising for certain reasons in the past. Their happy married life turned upside down when Nandini starts getting unknown parcels with her photos, flowers and other gifts. Nandini thinks that someone is blackmailing her and starts exploring some dark sides of her past life. In fact, these parcels start affecting the relationship between Nandini and Souvik adversely.

Meanwhile, Rituparna’s Lime N Light has released. The film features Jeetu Kamal, Sreela Majumder, Sumitro Banerjee and Arjun Chakraborty in pivotal roles.
The trailer opens showing Rituparna Sengupta as a super successful actress Sreemoyee and a junior artist Archana who is a look alike of Sreemoyee. Because of some medical emergencies Sreemoyee will have to take a long break but she is insecure to take such a long break considering it will affect her stardom. So she asks Archana to live her life pretending as Sreemoyee during that period. It is difficult for Archana in the beginning but soon she becomes influenced by the stardom. In a such a situation what will happen when real Sreemoyee will return, if Archana will leave that place for her or not that will be answered in the film.
