Raj Chakraborty’s Parineeta, a tragic love story, has completed 75 days at Box office. The happy director shared the news on his Twitter account. Fans are still, love this movie and are sharing the looks inspired by the character Mehul played by Subhashree Ganguly.

Raj Chakraborty tweeted, “Mehul and her Babai da have ruled hearts for 75 days now. Tell us about your favourite scene from the movie.”


The story revolves around Mehul played by Subhashree who is in love with her tuition teacher Babai Da played by Ritwick Chakraborty. Mehul’s whole world is around Babai Da but one day her dreams get shattered when Babai commits suicide. What will happen now and how Mehul will cope up with this tragedy? Towards the end, there are few glimpses of Adrit Roy and Gaurav Chakrabarty.

Meanwhile, Raj Chakraborty is busy in the shooting of his upcoming film titled as Dharamjuddha.
The first look the poster has already been released and it is very interesting. It shows a plate in which one chapatti along with two pieces of potatoes is kept. And there are five hands which want to have that food. The poster gives a clear sign that the film is all about survival and what it takes to survive. According to reports, the film will be a political drama set in a locality situated near the border area. The film will revolve around five central characters an aged woman, a girl who is her caretaker and three strangers who come to take shelter in her house. It will focus on the equations between these five characters, going through a situation of communal violence around them.
Veteran actress Swatilekha Sengupta will be seen playing the aged woman. The other four characters will be played by Ritwick Chakraborty, Soham Chakraborty,

Subhashree Ganguly and Parno Mittra. Both Swatilekha Sengupta and Parno Mittra will be working with Raj Chakraborty for the first time. Also, it will be the first time when Ritwick Chakraborty and Soham Chakraborty will share the screen together.
