Shokuner Lov: Director Anindya Bikas Dutta Speaks About His Film
Director Anindya Bikas Dutta has recently shared the poster of his film titled ‘Shokuner Lov’. The film will star Parambrata Chatterjee, Joy Sengupta, Tuhina Das, Shankar Chakraborty in the pivotal roles. As reported the film is expected to release in February. Eros Entertainment is bankrolling the film. 

Speaking about the film, Anindya Bikas Dutta said that the film story will be on investigative journalism. Parambrata Chatterjee, who will be essaying the lead role of journalist in the film, will investigate a story in which many truths will be revealed. The film will closely show the journey of a journalist and their crisis.




The film is inspired by a real-life incident. Joy Sengupta will essay the role of a police officer, Tuhina Das will play Parambrata’s ex-girlfriend role.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Parambrata Chatterjee's last release is Sagardwipey Jawker Dhan. The film also starred Koel Mallick and Gaurav Chakrabarty. The thriller cum adventure film, directed by Sayantan Ghosal, is a sequel of Jawker Dhan which was released in 2016.

The film story revolves around mythical Red Mercury, a chemical compound which could well be the key to resolving the fossil fuel crisis. Research suggests that this rare compound could also bring about advancements in medical science.
