Director Abhijit Sen next film Tonic poster has released. The film stars Dev Adhikari in the lead role. Apart from Dev, Paran Bandopadhyay and Shakuntala Barua will be seen in the pivotal roles. However, the filmmaker has not released the release date of the film. The film is about a father and son relationship.

Talking about the film, Dev Adhikari said Tonic will be loved by fans only because of its different story. “Audience will be seeing Paran Bandopadhyay doing stunts. I was amazed him doing those stunts and it is a blessing to work with actors like Paran and Shakuntala Barua,” he added.

Dev took to his official Twitter handle and shared the poster of Tonic, “৮ থেকে ৮০ সকলের ভালো থাকার টনিক আসছে এই গরমের ছুটিতে । #Tonic #ReleasingThisSummer.”


The story will revolve around a possessive father-son relationship. As the film will proceed, we will see their over -possessiveness nature is affecting their relationship. The problem becomes more critical when the son celebrates his parents’ 50th anniversary in a low-key way but celebrated his own anniversary in a grand way. How they will make their relationship work and sort all their differences is the story all about.

Meanwhile, Dev is preparing for his next film Golondaaz directed by Dhurbo Banerjee. As the reports claim, Nagendra Prasad is considered as the father of Indian football and also introduced football in India.
