Nimrat Kaur says, "I wore a bikini on a Goa beach--- and went unnoticed!"
The Lunch Box actress seems to have thrown her hat into the ring. Read on for her exclusive interview
Two days ago, Nimrat Kaur raised eyebrows by putting up some of her bikini pictures on social media (Nimrat sets the temperature soaring with her hot bikini pics, June 20). In an exclusive telephonic conversation from Canada where she's shooting for her TV series Wayward Pines, Nimrat spoke about her new avatar:
Your pictures have become a rage...
Wow! I didn't expect that.
How come you decided to don a bikini and jump into the water?
Oh, it was just for a moment. I didn't go swimming per se. The water was very cold; the temperature was 4 degrees.
And then you put those bikini pictures up on social media?
Did I? Well yes, I did. But listen, I am not wearing a bikini per se in those pictures. It's more of a sportswear.
Who clicked them?
My assistant, who is travelling with me.
Why this new bold avtaar? Its' being said that you posted those pictures to send out a message to filmmakers that you're now up for hot-n-glam roles...
Just for a lark. You can say that I decided to have a bit of fun. I do such things sometimes just to indulge in a bit of masti. There is no agenda of sending a message out.
So, have you worn a bikini before on any beach?
Yes.
Kab? Kahaan?
I don't remember exactly when, but yes I remember where I wore it.
Where?
I wore it on a beach in Goa.
After you became a known face?
Yeah.
And nobody noticed you?
(Laughs) No. Sometimes one does go unnoticed na? It was one of those moments.
