One of the most admired and adored couples, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu have launched their book titled ‘Inni And Bobo Find Each Other.’ This delightful children’s book is dedicated to their little daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu and tells a story about a little child who finds friendship and beauty in adopting dogs. Published by Penguin Random House India, the book, which is the first of a three-part series, was launched in Mumbai, on April 1. ‘Inni And Bobo’ will be released on 25th April, 2022.
Notably, little Inaaya has seen the book and she is left beyond excited. In an exclusive interview with SpotboyE, Soha and Kunal revealed their baby girl's priceless reaction to the book and spoke about the idea and inspiration behind the book. An elated Soha shared, “Inaaya was very excited. More than her, we were excited to show her the book. When we came home, we got the copy, and then we showed it to her. She went through it very quietly, she was first looking at the photos. At the night, Kunal read the book to her. I think she likes it, she loves the story. She was excited to know more stories about what Inni and Bobo will do next.” ALSO READ: Soha Ali Khan Gives A Glimpse Of 'The Morning After' Daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu's Birthday Bash-SEE Videos And Photos
Kunal added, “Inaaya was aware of the story. The first thing she looked at and asked me was is that Inni mee?. I told her yes it’s you and so we made her feel special. She reads so many books so to know she is the part of one book, she was very excited and happy. And she started asking funny questions after seeing the pictures in the book. She is the first reviewer of our book; I believe it’s a book that is read to kids, it is not for reading yourself. So, the book was written with that in mind and it’s meant especially for younger kids.”
Speaking about the idea behind ‘Inni And Bobo’, the Golmaal Again actor stated, “It was Soha’s idea that we should write a book and the story was mine. It’s a routine that I read stories to Inaaya and I make up a lot of stories and narrate to her. One day, I told a story and she really likes it and asked why can’t see this story in pictures what it looks like. Then, I told Soha if we should get somebody to draw a book for Inaaya on her birthday. But then we realized it’s a nice story and we should find audience in other kids and that’s how the idea came and we wrote this book.”
The couple concluded by saying 'Inni and Bobo' series would not just help young readers learn about empathy, but will also give out an important message ‘Adopt Dogs, Don’t Shop Them.”
