As promised we are back with another live chat session. And this time it’s going to be very tough as the Dangal sisters- Fatima Sana Shaikh & Sanya Malhotra are with us.

Fatima and Sanya are playing Aamir’s on-screen daughters in Dangal. While Fatima is best known for her role as baby girl Bharti in Chachi 420, she has acted in many films and television serials as well like Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. Meanwhile, Delhi-girl Sanya is a trained ballet dancer.
When the casting of the film was being done, at that time Kangana Ranaut was believed to be the top contender, with Taapsee Pannus name also doing the rounds for the Dangal sisters’ role. However, the coveted roles were bagged by Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra. Turns out, Aamir was instrumental in casting these girls for the roles.
