Ram Madhvani’s Neerja is all set to hit the screens tomorrow. The movie, based on Neerja Bhanot, a 23-year-old Pan Am air hostess who sacrificed her life to save 359 passengers from hijackers, has Sonam Kapoor playing the title role. So, how is the film’s date with box-office going to be? Let’s find out:
Good Opening
The opening weekend will record good collection, but not high enough to be called a blockbuster. This movie will be more about class than anything else. It will receive a lot of word-of-mouth publicity.
Excellent Performances
Due to well-placed Venus and Mercury in the 11th house, Neerja is likely to have a lot of good performances. Acting, emotions, dialogues... viewers will appreciate every aspect of the movie.
Average success
While the film will be remembered for its performances and gripping storyline, it may not be a huge commercial success. That’s because Jupiter, the Lord of the 10th house, is retrograde and placed with Rahu in the 10th house. Even overseas business will be average because of Sun and Ketu in the 12th house and Saturn in the 9th house.
