After creating good buzz around its theme, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga hit the big screens last Friday. The secret was out and it was evident that it deals with the sensitive topic of LQBTQ community. While the reviews have been decent, the audience warmed up to the film albeit slowly.
After raking in Rs 3.3 crore on the first day, the second day business showed an upward trend as the movie minted Rs 4.65 crore. That takes its total 2-day business to Rs 7.95 crore, which is a decent number for a movie that has made at a medium budget. The word of mouth is good and we expect numbers of Sunday to exceed those of Saturday.
