WAR Box-Office Collection Day 4: Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff Starrer Refuses To Slow Down; Beats Bharat And Thugs Of Hindostan
The box-office collection of WAR Day 4 is out and Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s film is on a roll! The film collected around 28 crore on Saturday, taking its total four-day collection to 124 crore, which is higher than the four-day collection of Salman Khan’s Bharat and Aamir Khan’s Thugs Of Hindostan
Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s action entertainer WAR hit the theatres on October 2, 2019 which was a national holiday. The film has been enjoying a dream run at the box office since the first day itself and has now collected Rs 124 crore overall in four days! WAR had hit a century on Day 3 by minting a total box-office collection of Rs 100.15 crore including all languages. It was well received by the audiences and critics alike and looks like there’s no stopping for WAR!
According to Boxofficeindia.com, WAR collected Rs 28 crore on Saturday and showed a growth of over 30%. Earlier, the film had broken the opening day record of Aamir Khan starrer Thugs Of Hindostan by collecting Rs 51.60 crore on its first day. Now, the film just beat Salman Khan’s Bharat and Thugs Of Hindostan’s four-day collections too! The film went on to collect 23.10 crore on Thursday and Rs 21.30 crore on Friday, and now, Rs 28 crore on Saturday, bringing its nett collection to about Rs 124 crore.
The film stars Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles and is produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. SpotboyE Editor Vickey Lalwani rated WAR with four stars and called it a full-on entertainer. He wrote, “First things first. Hrithik Roshan did a very wise thing by insisting (to director Siddharth Anand or producer Aditya Chopra?) that Tiger Shroff should be cast in War. Jackie and Ayesha Shroff's son has not floundered as he did on a few previous occasions in his career till date. Rising above expectations, in fact, this young man does not let even one scene down whether he's standing with or without the super-talented Hrithik in the frame.”
