Kapoor - Anushka Sharma –Aishwarya Rai, starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil did fairly
well on Friday and Saturday but showed a decline on Sunday. This can be
attributed to the fact that yesterday was the main Diwali day. ADHM has so far
collected Rs 35.60 cr, which is Karan’s biggest opening till date.
On the other hand, Ajay Devgn- Sayyeshaa Saigal - Erika Kaar starrer, Shivaay showed a similar pattern over the first 3 days. Till now, it has amassed Rs 28.56 cr.
The next two days will be keenly observed, because they will decide the real fate of these two biggies.
Ajay Devgn however suffers from a slight limitation because his film is estimated and reported to have cost Rs 105 cr, while Karan’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is said to have been made for Rs 70 cr. Economics can never be discounted.
