Shahid Kapoor-Kiara Advani starrer, Kabir Singh’s trailer just hit the web and it hit hard. Right from the unusual beginning of the 2-minute-43-second long trailer gets your attention instantly, especially the ice in pants scene! It gradually paces up and gives you a lot of moments which just get registered.
Kiara Advani does a fare job in getting your attention. She has gone de-glam for the role and is as simple as she has ever been. Kabir Singh, which is an official remake of Telgu film, Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverokonda, is slated to release on June 21, 2019. Watch the trailer below and feel the rush:
The cast and crew of the film launched the trailer a while back and it was quite an interesting event. Shahid spoke about how his real life was after going through break-ups. The actor said, “Aap mile honge mujhse iss phase mein meri life ke. Farak sirf itna tha ki main clean-shaven rehta tha. Toh dil mein mere kya ho raha hai who pata nahi chalta tha. Dil toh sabka tootta hai and I think Kabir Singh ke level tak koi nahi le jaata. There are very few people who take it to that level. That’s why probably he is a character that you would want to watch a film about because he is so different and so new. But of course, when heart breaks you don’t like anything. It feels like you’re watching a black-and-white movie. Life becomes colourless. But then, you have to get over it and move on."

Kabir Singh is about an alcoholic surgeon who rebels for a cause after his love story fails to see a happy ending. From the trailer, it definitely feels like Shahid has got into the skin of the character and we’re sure fans have never seen him in this avatar before.
