Laal Rang rides high on Randeep Hooda’s don avatar

After getting immense response for the teaser song, Bhaang Ragadke, the makers of Laal Rang have come up with the trailer of the film ( Randeep Hooda’s Laal Rang teaser out, March 23).
Laal Rang is a story about an ambitious youngster, Rajesh (Akshay Oberoi) who looks up to the notorious Shankar (Randeep Hooda) for life advice and direction. Even after learning that the latter is into the murky business of blood theft, Rajesh continues to support and participate in the illegal trade to earn quick money and impress a girl, Poonam (Piaa Bajpai). The film harps on the topical issue of blood theft and blood mafia.
Randeep has played villain characters with aplomb in the past (D, Main Aur Charles), and going by the trailer his local don character looks mighty impressive.
Laal Rang releases April 22.
