'Andaz Apna Apna Producer Vinay Sinha's Wish Of Making The Second Part Will Be Fulfilled', Says Family- EXCLUSIVE
Late Vinay Sinha, Andaz Apna Apna producer's desire of making AAA 2 will materialise
I spoke to him only recently and he told me that he was not keeping well, but was very keen to make Andaz Apna Apna 2- not with Aamir and Salman since it would need to two younger actors. I was keenly waiting for the announcement, he had told me that he would soon call me and let me know. But destiny had other plans. Cruel fate struck and snatched him away from us on Friday morning, he was 74.
Sinha breathed his last at Holy Family Hospital, Bandra. Admitted for a stomach infection, he was wheeled into the ICU as he developed complications in respiratory tract. The senior producer died in his sleep.
The prayer meeting will be held on Tuesday, Jan 28, at ISKCON.
I often spoke to him and the man was full of life, only a bit perturbed by the continuous rumours that the second part of AAA which were emanating. He was fast closing on the script, after a few earlier drafts had to be reworked. But speculations about the director and actors who would be on board, never ceased.
Sinha knew that another AAA meant lot of expectations and comparisons, hence he did not want to rush into it. "I want to start with it only when I am fully sure that I have got something that will tickle the public as much as the first part," he would retierate.
