Some time back, writer Dilip Shukla had told to a section of the media that Salman Khan and Aamir Khan are on board the sequel of Andaz Apna Apna along with 3 new faces. However, SpotboyE.com did some snooping around and have found out from reliable source close to the producer of the film, Vinay Sinha that it's not true at all

No doubt that Andaz Apna Apna’s sequel is one of the most awaited films. The cult classic has million fans and those diehard fans are waiting to see the sequel to it. But this has resulted in some hoax stories going around too. You may recall, a few days back, writer Dilip Shukla, who has penned films like Dabangg, Jai Ho, Mohra, Ghayal and Damini, spoke to Deccan Chronicle and confirmed that Salman Khan and Aamir Khan are on board the sequel. “I am writing the sequel. It is not easy to pen a sequel. I have to bring something more attractive in comparison to the earlier one. The sequel cannot be complete without Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. They will be there along with three other new cast members,” Shukla had told the news portal.

But sorry to burst his bubble, nothing of this is true. Salman and Aamir don’t even have a clue about their “supposed” next! We got in touch with a very close associate of the film’s producer, Vinay Sinha, who gave us the real picture.

“Dilip was writing Andaz Apna Apna but whatever he wrote did not go in sync with producer, Vinay Sinha’s vision.  For now, Sinha has been keeping unwell. Shukla may still be writing the script but what makes him say that Aamir and Salman will do the film?” told the source.

We also hear that it’s quite possible Shukla may not be onboard the film himself, if his final drafts don’t get approved. “People should talk only if they are officially a part of the sequel,” added the source.

What’s funnier is that Salman Khan and Aamir Khan have no idea about it too. “Importantly, Aamir and Salman have not even been sounded off about this project, leave aside having been approached. To say that two big actors are in a film without any basis is nothing but irresponsible,” concluded the source.
