Superstar Salman is Bollywood’s charismatic actor who is known to deliver some of the most memorable films. His larger-than-life persona and screen presence has always impressed audiences. But very few are aware of Salman Khan’s emotional and sensitive side. During a recent conversation on a podcast, Farah Khan opened up about Salman Khan’s personality beyond his tough image that the audiences have witnessed over the years. She shared that even though fans have seen Salman’s tough side onscreen but he has a soft heart in real life.

“Salman internalised his pain. But inside, he's soft like wax,” Farah Khan said while revealing the actor’s emotional side.

Recalling a particularly powerful moment from the 2006 film Jaan-E-Mann, Farah described how Salman Khan delivered one of his most authentic performances while filming a sequence on the iconic Brooklyn Bridge in New York City. According to her, the actor didn’t rely on glycerin or cinematic tricks,  the emotion simply came naturally.
“My heart broke then when he cried on the Brooklyn Bridge; he actually cried. If you see that song, there is no glycerin, nothing. He just broke down crying over there, and it was just magic. And then I also broke down crying,” she revealed.

This isn’t the first time we have heard any celebrity speak about Salman Khan. Akshay Kumar in one of his previous interviews had shared, “I always say, If there’s any male actor who cries naturally onscreen it's Salman Khan. When he cries, you actually feel the pain.”

Over a period of time, Salman Khan has built an image as one of Bollywood’s most stylish and charismatic actors, often seen in action-packed roles, the iconic Dabangg persona but people who have worked with the superstar only know how emotional and sensitive he is as a person.

Salman Khan will next be seen in his much anticipated film Battle of Galwan. The film is produced by Salma Khan under the banner of Salman Khan Films, with Apoorva Lakhia at the helm as director. The film promises an unflinching portrayal of bravery, sacrifice, and resilience. The film also stars Chitrangada Singh in a pivotal role.
