“When Will I Ever Get Home?,” Asks An Emotional Rishi Kapoor After Spending 8 Months In New York
Rishi Kapoor is now Cancer-free. However, the journey has not been smooth. The veteran actor is stationed at New York, for the past 8 months. And now, Kapoor seems to be missing home badly. The senior actor took to Twitter to express how homesick he is feeling.

Rishi Kapoor tweeted, “Today I complete eight months here in New York. When will l ever get home?” The actor, who was undergoing treatment for Cancer, is now cured for it but is still required to be in the country for some further medical procedures. Check out his tweet below:

A few back, while talking to Deccan Chronicle, Rishi had relieved fans when he confirmed he is cancer-free now but needs to go through bone-marrow transplant. He had said, "My eighth month of treatment started on May 1 in the US. But God has been kind! I am in remission, meaning now I am cancer-free.” Rishi Kapoor left for the US in September 2018.

Not just this, Rishi had also spoken about his family being a strong support system for him, especially his wife Neetu. He had said, “Being in remission is a big thing and it’s all because of my family and my fans prayers and duas that have worked. I thank them all. Neetu has stood by me like a rock. Otherwise I am too difficult a person to handle as far as food and drink are concerned. My kids Ranbir and Ridhima have really shouldered my problems.”

Well, we too wish to see Rishi Kapoor back soon. Not just him, but millions of his fans are eagerly waiting for him to come back home and entertain audience with his impeccable performances, again.
