Yesterday, as reported, PM Narendra Modi's second time swearing-in ceremony was held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi. For the occasion, not only the politicians, many Bollywood and South celebrities have marked their presence and made it a starry affair. One of the many attendees at the event was veteran singer Asha Bhosle who found herself helpless in the crowd post the event. Given a large number of attendees, chaos was bound to happen as politicians and celebs also made their way out after the swearing-in ceremony. But the singer was then rescued by Smriti Irani who was considerate enough helped her from the situation and dropped her to her house safely.

The singer shared a lovely picture of herself and Smriti Irani on her Twitter handle and wrote, "I was stranded in the crazy rush post PM oath ceremony. No one offered to help me except @smritiirani who saw my plight & made sure I reached home safely. She cares & that’s why she won"


Over 8,000 guests were present in the ceremony that included Indian and foreign dignitaries. The oath ceremony saw some biggies from Bollywood as well from the South industry including, Karan Johar, Rajinikanth, Kangana Ranaut, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Sushant Singh Rajput, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Mahaveer Jain, Abhishek Kapoor,  Aanand L Rai, Rajkumar Hirani, and Boney Kapoor. 

They even clicked a selfie with Narendra Modi and that was shared by all the celebrities. And the click went viral like wildfire.
