5 Questions to Hrithik from Kangana's lawyer

The past two days have seen a flurry of activity in the Hrithik Roshan-Kangana Ranaut scandal.

Kangana's lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee throws up a few questions to Roshan Jr, based on the exchange of mails he had with Kangana's sister Rangoli:

1. Hrithik had the email id of the impostor on May 25, 2014, from Rangoli. Why did Hrithik file a complaint 6-7 months after that? And that too an informal one?

2. Why did he abandon his complaint for 14 months after that?

3. And why did Hrithik not take Kangana's approval before going to the cops, why did he say in public that he learnt about the impostor through many people when it was only Rangoli who had brought to his notice? 

4. Hrithik knew from Rangoli that Kangana's account has been hacked. All the mails which he has made public that hint that Kangana is mad, were dated after May 25. How could he rely on those mails and not crosscheck with Kangana and/or Rangoli instead of just collecting them?

5. Even if I keep aside our allegation that he has not hacked into Kangana's account, what were Hrithik's intentions when he went to the cops alone when Rangoli had actually insisted to him that both the parties should take legal recourse together?

On May 25, Kangana's sister Rangoli wrote to Hrithik and the impostor: 

'Hi Hrithik, 
I have attached a mail from you that Kangna one day sent me by mistake but today that mistake makes all sense. During your relationship with her you hacked her account and you forced her to record many videos and click pictures as well in this mail you are clearly accepting everything. Kangna is already very hurt please leave her alone.' (by Rangoli to Hrithik and the impostor on May 25, 2014) 

The same day, Hrithik shot back:
'Please come and meet me. I have no idea what u are talking about Rangoli. What is going on Rangoli? What is this? I can assure you I have not sent any such mail. If this is a joke then its not funny. And if u are serious, u must meet me and get to the bottom of it. I am free post 27th. Rangoli - hroshan@email.com is NOT my account!!! Somebody is playing a trick or is seriously demented! My email ishroshan@mac.com' (by Hrithik Roshan, a reply to Rangoli's mail, on May 25, 2014) 

To which Rangoli replied:
'Okay sir. We are very stressed Kangana has been sending you pictures, videos, mails and messages. She has received a lot of stuff from you as well for last 6 months. Then her account has been hacked. We r ready to close the matter but if it wasn't you then lets lodge a complaint together because anything goes wrong your name will be dragged for sure.' (Rangoli's reply to Hrithik's mail on May 25, 2014).
