A Fan Theory Regarding Two Of Shah Rukh Khan’s Movies, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa And Darr, Is Creeping Netizens Out; Read It Here
In a bizarre parallel universe, this fan theory that we are going to talk about would have made sense. But right now, it is making rounds on social media, and creeping netizens out. The fan theory is related to two of superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s movies - Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa and Darr. So much so that people are terming Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa as the prequel to Darr. Well, a cinephile account just shared a post stating there’s a connection between these two movies and that is actor Juhi Chawla.

Let us explain. In Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Shah Rukh Khan essayed the role of a lover boy who is madly in love with Suchitra Krishmoorthi's character. However, he is unable to confess his feelings for her and later finds out that she loves someone else. And for a very long time, he is unable to come to terms with it. The movie also showcases his insincerity in life towards his career too. In the end, we see SRK meets Juhi Chawla and it is assumed he found love in her.

Now, in Darr, Shah Rukh Khan played a creepy lover who is obsessed with Juhi’s character. He is so obsessed that he makes her life a living hell.  The account drew a connection between these movies, mentioning that when SRK fell for Juhi, he found out that even she is in love with someone else. But this time, he didn't take it lightly and turned into an obsessive lover.

The Instagram post read, “Tu hai meri Anna. Controversy theory is that Srk met Juhi at the end of Kabhi haan kabhi na and when he found out that she was also in love with someone else in Darr, he went full 'enough of this sh*t’.” LoL.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh’s Darr was released in 1993 while Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa was released in 1994. When a person pointed out that Darr had released before KHKN, the page admin said it was just for fun.

The admin replied, "I know I know, I never said sequels, that's just for jokes. I called it a 'double watch', that's like two films that make up an interesting pair for some reason if watched together, regardless of the chronology of their release.”

For the unversed, SRK started his career as a TV actor, then went on to a few negative roles, and then achieved super stardom as the quintessential romantic hero.

Ummm. Can we say we like the theory?
