Recently, the Thugs Of Hindostan actor Aamir Khan bought a property worth whopping Rs 35 crore in Mumbai. According to reports in DNA, the property is a part of Aamir's entrepreneurial designs. It is 9,000 square feet of commercial space on SV Road in Santacruz West including four office units — three on the second floor and one on the third floor. Aamir paid Rs. 37,854 per sq feet for the place.
The report also stated that Aamir has picked up this property as it is close to his residence. The deal was registered under the name of Aamir’s film production Aamir Khan Production Pvt Ltd. It has been signed by his mother Zeenat Tahir Hussain Khan. The actor reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.1 crore. Along with the property, Aamir has also got six basement car parks and two open ones.
Talking about his work diaries, Aamir Khan, who was last seen in Thugs Of Hindostan with Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh, will be next in Lal Singh Chaddha which will be a Hindi remake of Tom Hanks 1994 hit Forrest Gump. However, rumors mill were buzzing that Kareena Kapoor Khan might be seen with Aamir in Lal Singh Chaddha. As per the report, if Kareena comes on board, she will be seen playing Aamir’s love interest in the film. This film will be the third film where the actress will be sharing the screen space with Aamir Khan after 3 Idiots and Talaash.
