Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan’s simply nailing handstand pose has brushed away our mid week blues. Setting some extreme fitness goals, the star kid, definitely deserves a pat on her back as it has surely left many inspired to take baby steps towards fitness. As she nails this difficult pose, and gets clicked, she tagged her fitness trainer in her post; Ira Khan is currently in Panchgani, where the Khan family owns a farmhouse and has attempted for one of the difficult poses probably on a plateau like region, giving glimpse of mountain ranges in the background.
She shared this image with the caption, “I can hold it for long enough for @nupur_shikhare to leave the frame while someone clicks the picture. That’s about it. But baby steps, right?... #workinprogress #handstand #handstandpractice #with.” In the picture she is seen sporting a cropped sweatshirt and a pair of mini shorts with a wrist watch, probably an anklet and letting her hair loose. This posture in Yoga is termed as Adho Mukha Vrksasana, where one has to balance their body on their hands, by going upside down.
