Aamir Khan’s Rang De Basanti Co-Star Kunal Kapoor Shares How The Perfectionist Was Deeply Involved In Har Funn Maula Song
Aamir Khan who appeared in a special song Har Funn Maula in Amin Hajee directorial venture took a keen interest in its lyrics
Aamir Khan has attained the tag of a perfectionist for his passion for the cinema, tales of him being involved in the nitty-gritty of his films is not new. In conversation with Bollywood Hungama.com, his Rang De Basanti co-star Kunal Kapoor spilt the beans about Khan’s latest collaboration for his friend Amin Hajee’s movie, Koi Jaane Na. Kunal who stars in the movie shared that Aamir was involved in the lyrics and music of the song, Har Funn Maula in which he made his special appearance.
For the uninitiated, Aamir shared screen space with Elli AvrRam for the song Har Funn Maula from his friend’s venture. Kunal speaking about Aamir going that extra mile for his friends, said, “The thing with Aamir is that he's incredibly fun to be around. I love sitting with him, I love hanging out with him, because he has so many incredible insights but also because he's lots of fun. This is just one song, but he spent so many weeks rehearsing it, he got so involved in the lyrics of the song, he got so involved in the music of the song.”
He also adds it is amazing to see someone this passionate towards their craft even after 30 years, “To see someone who is so passionate about his craft, even 30 years later, is just fantastic to watch.”
The club number starring Aamir and Elli was penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya and composed by Tanishk Bagchi. Aamir was also seen attending the special screening of Koi Jaane Na in town; last seen in Thugs of Hindostan, Aamir will entertain the audience with his next, Laal Singh Chaddha soon.
