Aamir Khan’s expensive property in Bandra’s Pali Hill will reportedly be going through redevelopment in mid-2024

Bollywood’s Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan is currently busy preparing for his daughter Ira Khan’s wedding with her longtime boyfriend, Nupur Shikhare. Having entertained the audience for decades, he is one of the most sought-after and influential celebrities of the Hindi film industry. Just like his contemporaries, he too has invested in properties across the country. Well, a recent media report suggests that one of his properties in Bandra, Mumbai will be going through redevelopment in mid-2024.
Yes, you read that right! As reported by Mid Day on Friday, he co-owns a sea-facing building in Bandra West’s posh area Pali Hill will be redeveloped by the Man Infraconstruction Ltd (MICL) in mid-2024. The property, situated in Mumbai’s Bandra region stands on a plot of approximately 37,000 square feet. According to Pinkvilla, the property Virgo CHS Ltd. consists of two wings Bella Vista and Marine. The 58-year-old actor owns 9 flats out of a total of 24.
The entertainment portal further reports that the building will have ultra-luxury flats with an area of 50,000 sq. ft. The targeted expected revenue will be around Rs 500 crore. Once the redevelopment work is done, the owners will get bigger flats and approx 55-60 percent extra. The revamped flats will likely cost around Rs 125 thousand per sq ft. As per the report, the redevelopment work will be done by MICL and an associate company.
On the work front, Aamir Khan was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film was based on Tom Hanks’ much-acclaimed 1994 movie Forrest Gump. Unfortunately, despite the initial hype and excitement, the movie failed to impress the audience and critics alike. He also had a cameo role in Kajol and Vishal Jethwa starrer Salaam Venky. The actor is currently on a sabbatical enjoying his time with his family. He will be returning to work with Sitare Zameen Par.
