talking with sister, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, at her father-in-law and
industrialist, Rajan Nanda’s prayer meet.
Of course, the next obvious thing to happen to any
celebrity was to get trolled for it. That’s exactly what happened with Bachchan
Jr. Here’s the video where he is seen arriving at the meet and casually
laughing around while talking to sister, Shweta Bachchan Nanda.
In no time, trolls were at it and started asking Abhsihek, 'if it was a prayer meet or party meet?' Some also accused Bollywood celebrities of just coming to funerals and prayer meets for the sake of it, wearing crisp white clothes and enjoying white floral decor. Talking about Rajan Nanda’s sad demise, the renowned
industrialist, who was also Raj Kapoor’s son-in-law, passed away in
Gurgaon on Sunday night (Aug 5). He was declared brain dead in the
hospital. Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were present for his funeral.
Rajan Nanda’s prayer meet was hosted at Delhi, yesterday. Amitabh Bachchan,
Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor,
Karisma Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and others attended the meet.
Rishi Kapoor’s sister,
Ritu Nanda is Rajan Nanda's wife and Shweta Bachchan is married to
his son, Nikhil Nanda. He was the Chairman and Managing Director of
renowned engineering company, Escorts Limited.
