Adhyayan Suman: 'I Had Turned Alcoholic And Started Having Anxiety Issues After My Heartbreak 8 Years Ago'- EXCLUSIVE VIDEO
Adhyayan Suman just released his new music video Peg Daariyan which is a peppy and groovy number but at the sametime song's plot talks about a heartbreak and how the protagonist's friends help him to come out of it. While talking about his song, Adhyayan confessed that he can totally relate to the song as he has also been in a similar situation.

Talking to SpotboyE.com exclusively, Adhyayan revealed that his break-up 8 years back had turned him into an alcoholic and given him anxiety issues which unfortunately he is still dealing with. ALSO READ: Adhyayan Suman Answers If He Will Work With His Ex-Girlfriend Maera Mishra Again After Peg Daariyan- EXCLUSIVE

Sharing his experience after his heartbreak, Adhayayan said, "After my heartbreak, at one point of time I turned into an alcoholic. Because I felt like mere andar itna dard hai ki main is dard ko bardaash nahi kar paa raha. Now, I feel it was all filmy. But that time I was young 25-26 and probably didn't gain as much wisdom. Zindagi ko itna kareeb se maine nahi dekha tha tab. It was 7-8 years back. I developed anxiety issues which I am still dealing with. This song is definitely giving a message to all those where people harm themselves when the relationship doesn't work. If a relationship doesn't work nobody is at fault. Two people come together for some reason. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Jis insaan ko apni zindagi mein rehna hota hai they stay back and the one who wants to leave you, they just leave. And that is something I have faced in my life. I was in love with somebody whom I never wanted to leave but she left. You have to face it and move on. You can't force somebody to stay with you. Life is a gift and we should not give up on it for anybody. You can do a lot with your life if you channel your energies positively. I don't want to sound like a spiritual guru but I am saying this with my own personal experience." ALSO READ: Adhyayan Suman Reacts To His Fake Suicide Report: 'My Mother Was Devasted, She Has Already Lost One Child'

He added, "Our song is not just a peppy groovy number but it also gives out a message on a very serious issue. I have seen my own friends getting into drugs and eating sleeping tablets. As a friend I have been there for them and have taken them out of it. Just like I am doing in this song where I am in depression and both my friends are taking me out of it. I genuinely relate to this and I am sure a lot of people will relate to it. My friends stayed by my side and helped me come out of it and I feel blessed."

Talking about his song Peg Daariyan, Adhyayan mentioned, "The term 'Peg Daariyan' doesn't talk about alcohol. But it talks about having 3oml of friendship and it doesn't even give you a hangover. I would say it's a new term for friendship. I really liked this term when our lyrics writer made me read the song. For example, when you say I love you, there are different ways but the meaning is the same. So, again with our song we are talking about our friendship but we are talking in a different way. It's a beautiful number and I feel it is going to connect with a lot of people. Especially because of the plot. As is duniya mein har kisi ka dil toota hai."
